Hong Kong Customs held the "International Forum on Combating Money Laundering and Transnational Organized Crime: Criminal Networks and Trade Dynamics". This is the first time that Hong Kong Customs has held a large-scale international forum on combating money laundering and transnational organized crime. Customs Commissioner Ho Pui-shan announced at the forum that it had signed a number of cooperation agreements with the University of Hong Kong to jointly promote research and development and personnel training in virtual assets, blockchain, intellectual property protection, etc., so as to enhance the ability of Hong Kong Customs in combating money laundering, terrorist funding and network contact activities.
