The Guangxin District Court of Shangrao City recently made a judgment on a coin theft case for the crime of theft, and sentenced the defendant Li Moumou to ten years and six months in prison and a fine of RMB 200,000. Later, the defendant Li Moumou exchanged the 383.6722 ethers into 109458 USDT through the e-wallet he created. The value of the 384 ethers transferred to the receiving wallet by the defendant Li Moumou was about 430,000 yuan. After the defendant Li XX was captured, the public security police returned all the 109,458 TEDA coins exchanged by the defendant Li XX to the victim Miao XX through technical means.
