Strive's official documents show that it is expected that at least 80% of the nominal exposure of the Bitcoin bond ETF it has applied for listing will be invested in "Bitcoin bonds" issued by MicroStrategy and other companies.
Strive CEO and Chief Investment Officer Matthew Cole will manage the fund with portfolio managers Jeffrey Sherman and Randol Curtis (also the Chief Investment Officer of Strive's wealth management business). (FT)
Previously, Strive Asset Management, founded by Vivek Ramaswamy, co-leader of the US government's efficiency department DOGE, has applied to the US SEC to list a Bitcoin bond ETF, which mainly invests in convertible bonds issued by MicroStrategy and other companies.
