Bitcoin "Garbage Dump Man" loses appeal, says he will launch "last legal action"

He said he would seek final relief through the International Human Rights Act. "The Royal Court of Appeal rejected my request. The British judge believed that the case had "no realistic prospect of success" and "no other compelling reasons" to support a hearing.
