Odaily Planet Daily News Indian cryptocurrency exchange WazirX is waiting for a hearing at the Singapore High Court on May 13 to be allowed to restart the platform and start a compensation plan for users. The exchange was attacked by North Korean hackers in July last year, losing $234 million in crypto assets, causing the platform to suspend all withdrawals. If approved, WazirX will resume operations within 10 working days. Previously, the Indian Supreme Court had rejected the lawsuit filed by 54 victims, saying that crypto policy issues were not within its jurisdiction. (Cointelegraph)
