Paraguay's lower house votes down a cryptocurrency regulation bill

According to CoinDesk, Paraguay's lower house voted down a cryptocurrency regulation bill that sought to regulate cryptocurrencies and mining, and was initially passed by the country's Senate in July this year, but Paraguay's president vetoed the proposed bill in August. It is sent back to the legislature for amendments and a new vote.
