Insider: Asset manager Brevan Howard's crypto unit fires underperforming staff

Asset management firm Brevan Howard's cryptocurrency division has fired underperforming employees, Blockworks reported, citing people familiar with the matter. The identities and locations of the dismissed employees are unclear. The unit is on track to hire about 10 additional employees in the first quarter of next year, bringing its headcount roughly flat.
