Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) is expected to appear in court in the Bahamas on Monday and overturn his opposition to extradition to the United States, Reuters reported, citing people familiar with the matter. SBF was being held at Fox Hill Prison after a judge denied his request to remain at home while awaiting extradition, the report said. SBF defense attorney Zachary Margulis-Ohnuma said that after mortgage the United States, SBF will be asked to plead guilty at a hearing, which may be held within 48 hours of SBF's arrival in the United States, or even earlier.
