RD Technologies
RD Technologies (Round Coin Technology) completed a $7.8 million Series A1 financing round, with participation from Sequoia China, Hivemind Capital, Aptos Labs, Hash Global, SNZ Capital, Solana Foundation, Anagram and Upward Capital. The funds raised will enable Yuanbi Technology to connect the Web2 and Web3 worlds and continue to contribute to the construction of Hong Kong's Web3 ecosystem.
The company launched the HKDR stablecoin, which aims to promote the application of digital currencies and the expansion of the Web3 economy. Yuanbi Technology announced on July 18 that its subsidiary Yuanbi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. has been included in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's Stablecoin Issuer Sandbox Program. Yuanbi Technology will test its Hong Kong dollar stablecoin operation plan in the HKMA Sandbox. In addition, another subsidiary of Yuanbi Technology, Yuanbi Wallet Technology Co., Ltd., has been issued a stored value payment facility (SVF) license by the HKMA and will be officially operational by the end of 2023.
Mind Network
Mind Network recently announced the completion of a $10 million Pre-A round of financing, with participation from Animoca Brands, Arkstream Capital, Cogitent Ventures, G Ventures, MH Ventures, Master Ventures, Moonhill Capital, SwissBorg Ventures, IBC Group, ether.fi CEO Mike Silagadze, crypto KOL Mario Nawfal, Mr Block and Kyle Chassé and other angel investors.
Mind Network is a fully homomorphic encryption re-staking layer that plans to use the new financing to integrate more staking protocols to expand its business and continue to release supporting infrastructure. Users holding staked assets from partner protocols can redeem vFHE on Mind Network and participate in FHE voting.
Moonray Studio
Web3 multiplayer battle arena game development studio Moonray Studio announced that it has raised $8.25 million in two rounds of financing, with participation from Animoca Brands, Polygon Ventures and Cardano. It has also established a game development partnership with Digital Void, a streaming content partnership with Reel FX, and user acquisition partnerships with game guilds such as YGG, Snack Club and Unix.
Moonray uses blockchain technology to enhance the gaming experience through asset ownership, customizable NFTs and token rewards. The new funds are intended to be used to launch a mobile version of the Autobattler game in the first quarter of next year.

Decentralized AI training network Nodepay has completed a new round of financing, with participation from Animoca Brands, Jump Crypto, Elevate Ventures, OKX Blockdream, Mirana Ventures, NGC Ventures, etc. The specific amount of financing and valuation information have not been disclosed.
Nodepay supports users to use unused Internet bandwidth for AI training and convert contributions into digital assets, thereby promoting the development of artificial intelligence technology. Its platform claims that data source privacy can be ensured through blockchain technology.
ZAR
Digital wallet ZAR has completed angel round financing, with angel investors such as MonkeDAO, Big Brain Holdings, Solana Labs co-founder toly, and former Coinbase CTO Balaji participating in the investment. The specific amount of financing and valuation information have not been disclosed.

RoOLZ
RoOLZ announced the completion of a $1 million private round of financing, with TON, Contango Digital Assets, and Yolo Investments participating in the investment. The specific valuation information has not been disclosed.
RoOLZ is a TON ecological animation IP content platform.
