After rapper Lil Uzi Vert deleted a promotional post about Eternal Beings, the Eternal Beings NFT floor price plummeted.
This Solana-based NFT project consists of 11,111 computer-generated alien head NFTs with similar characteristics to Lil Uzi Vert, such as hair, tattoos, and fashion style. This NFT was minted for 2.5 SOL and is worth approximately $337 at the time of writing.

While it's unclear if the rapper was part of the team behind Eternal Beings or was purely a paid promoter, the 26-year-old rapper apparently deleted his promotional posts after the project launched on Sept. 28.
The NFT series sold out at a minting price of 2.5 SOL, however, according to data from the SolanArt secondary market, the floor price of the NFT fell to 1.67 SOL (225 Dollar).
The Eternal Beings community of around 44,000 Discord members panicked after discovering that Lil Uzi Vert had removed all mention of the project, leading some to worry that the NFT sale was a "scam" or a "rug pull" (referred to as Some projects defraud users of pledges and investments by packaging themselves, and then immediately run away with the money).
Screenshots from the project's Discord channel raised further questions, as the team's initial damage control saw a moderator begin an expletive-filled rant, urging "pure idiots who made FUD" not to panic because "floor prices will be raised, big bucks Money will start pouring in."
Shortly after, the mediator apologized for his lack of professionalism, and the team emphasized that Lil Uzi Vert was only temporarily out of the project in order to focus on the release of the new album.
In the future, the team will be looking for more celebrity ambassadors, offering exclusive live performances from Lil Uzi Vert, launching merchandise and a new “Baby Uzi” NFT collection, according to a roadmap on the project’s website.
A deleted tweet by Lil Uzi Vert on the Internet Archive's WayBack Machine shows that he said the NFT would "easily" hit a floor price of 6 SOL ($810), something the US SEC may object to if the NFT The regulator decided that the tweet was a promotion of an investment product.

As of this writing, Eternal Beings' Twitter account has been suspended, while the project's Instagram account remains active.
