FX168财经报社(香港)讯 加密交易所火必(Huobi Global Limited)在2022年易主，将中文品牌从火币更名为火必，今年却重新使用火币商标，违反原定的股权转让协议。火币创始人李林周三在香港正式起诉，意味着火必全球顾问孙宇晨面临失信的指控。
火币网于2013年9月由李林创办，是中国的数字资产交易平台。2022年11月22日，火币网中文品牌名由“火币”更名为“火必”。
综合中文币圈媒体消息，由李林控制的X-Spot有限公司向香港高等法院递状起诉火必商标侵权。X-Spot提到，该公司至今仍然保留对“火币”商标的专有权，但火必却在未经授权的情况下，一直使用该商标。

起诉书称，当初原股东将Huobi Global的股份转让给百域资本(About Capital Management)时，对方就已明确同意让原股东保留“火币”商标的专有权，并确保这些权利不会转让给买方或火必。
针对双方股权转让，以及资产交割的协议中也明确规定，禁止买方使用“火币”商标和品牌。
据悉，火必重新使用“火币”商标的时间点大约是在今年5月，在那不久前，孙宇晨曾封锁李林弟弟的帐户，并指责他倾销HT代币。
当时，李林也曾公开发出警告，要求火必立即停止使用中文“火币”的侵权行为，否则将采取进一步法律措施，以维护自身权益。
截至周四亚市，孙宇晨尚未对指控做出任何回应，在社群媒体上，仍专注于交易所相关的细节信息。
Huobi Global Limited回应称，其在全球很多的法律管辖区中拥有商标使用权，因此有权自由使用。Huobi Global Limited的注册地并非香港。香港地区的商标使用权取决于香港的法律法规。目前尚末正式收到任何法院的受理通知。
