FX168财经报社(香港)讯 硅谷银行和Signature Bank上周被美国联邦存款保险公司(FDIC)接管后，当局一直在寻求出售这两家银行。周四传出重磅消息，美国不演了直接谈判，明确规定潜在买家须放弃加密货币业务，才能完成收购交易。面对监管，币安创始人赵长鹏的BUSD美元稳定币受到冲击后，选择出走持新美元稳定币TUSD，后者的发行商已经将大量储备金挪移至巴哈马。
两名消息人士提到，当前只限持有银行牌照的投标者，可在提交报价前研究两家银行的财务状况，此举旨在让传统银行比私募股权公司更具优势，而任何Signature Bank的潜在买家，必须同意放弃该行的加密货币业务，才能完成收购案。
上周末拍卖硅谷银行时，有些银行曾有意竞购，但最终决定放弃，这些银行包括PNC Financial Services、加拿大皇家银行(RBC)。加拿大皇家银行曾在2015年收购总部位于加州的城市国家银行(City National Bank)。#硅谷银行爆雷#
美国总统拜登本周曾向公众强调，硅谷银行和Signature Bank的存款人资金将安全无虞，美国纳税人不会承担任何损失，因为任何资金短缺都将透过政府基金来弥补，如今若能成功出售这两家银行，将最大限度地减少资金缺口。
纽约州金融服务部(NYDFS)在上周日突然关闭加密货币友好银行Signature Bank，成为美国史上规模第三大的银行关闭案，但Signature Bank董事会成员Barney Frank在13日表示，该行并未资不抵债，被关闭可能是因为监管机构想发出强烈的“反加密货币信号”。

彭博社指出，世界第五大稳定币TUSD运营商Archblock将其背后的储备10亿美元转移到巴哈马，公司财务长Alex de Lorraine表明，有这样的决定确实是因为美国银行针对加密货币企业设立的条件越来越严峻。
据会计师事务所透露，目前Archblock控管着TrueUSD稳定币大约20亿美元的储备，因为Signature Bank是该稳定币最大合作的银行，在3月10日未宣布破产的情况下无预警被美国纽约金融监管机构关闭，Archblock开始快速转移资金。
从转移消息来看，他们被迫增加配置于巴哈马首都拿索Capital Union Bank的储备比例，从3.5亿美元增至14亿美元，而目前在Signature Bank没有配置任何美金储备。
但也正因为此举，让币圈投资者对TUSD的储备金更为放心，毕竟当前美国的监管变化过大。
Alex de Lorraine出面证实这个消息，他指出：“假设加密货币企业不是市值数十亿美元，那么如果想要办一个仅用于纳税、管理工资和费用的运营帐号很难。”
Capital Union Bank也是加密业务的知名合作伙伴，它为加密货币中的企业级客户提供与传统货币资的帐户的桥梁。据福布斯2月消息，该银行是美元稳定币USDT发行商Tether Holdings Ltd.的银行合作伙伴之一，并且Tether在2021年将370亿美元的储备存入该行，这使得Capital Union Bank是最大的USDT储备商。
针对转移到Capital Union Bank的决定，Alex de Lorraine这样说道：“我们将资金转移到Capital Union Bank主要是为了资金的安全，让我们能够购买非常短期的美国国债，虽然想要购买美国的国债，但我们竟然需要使用海外银行才能购买，这实在有趣。”
赵长鹏支持TUSD
在2月初美国先勒令稳定币发行商Paxos停止发行新的BUSD币安美元稳定币后，作为全球最大加密货币交易所的币安首席执行官，赵长鹏随后表示正在与多家稳定币发行商沟通，以探讨合作的可能性。
在与BUSD宣告脱轨后，币安铸造大量的TUSD，TrueUSD的流通量在过去一个月内翻了一倍以上。币安在昨日表示，原本比特币交易的0手续费优惠从BUSD转移到TUSD，进一步推升TUSD作为币安主要支持的稳定币可能。
