Trump, once an outspoken cryptocurrency skeptic, told Bloomberg Businessweek that he had pivoted to embracing the industry because “if we don’t do it, China will take it, China will own it — Or someone else, but probably China. China is very interested in this.
"We have a good foundation," Trump said of the U.S. crypto industry. "
