基于DMT理论诞生的NAT究竟是什么
在了解NAT之前，我们需要先明确一个知识。
DMT理论：DMT理论（Digital Matter Theory）指的是数字物质理论，指用户可以通过数据中存在的固有模式来创建一种具有价值的数字形式。由于比特币区块即表达了用户之间的交易，同时许多领域的信息永远记录并存储在去中心化且安全的分布式账本中。因此开发者可以利用DMT的原理，并创建一类新的数字价值。
目前DMT在比特币生态中有三个特点：
1.序数理论，由于序数的存在，使得BTC生态中的每一个聪都被分配的唯一ID，而任何人都可以基于该ID来创建在聪上面的数字资产，也就是我们目前常说的铭刻。
2.稀缺性，在比特币区块上处于独特位置的sat将被认为是稀有的sat，类似于稀缺的NFT一样，所铭刻的东西往往更具价值。
3.位图理论，将比特币上的每个区块识别为区域的数字房产。
让我们带着对DMT理论的理解，再来看NAT，NAT是基于DMT理论的一种应用，任何人都可以在比特币生态上创建NAT，并且其代币参数通过引用.element铭文来确定。无论通过FT的形式去铭刻，还是NFT的形式去铭刻。这是一种混合代币模型。每一个区块所代表的代币数量是不同的。
如下图，代表着可以铭刻10个单位的NAT。
而当“blk”：2，则意味着用户可以铭刻1000枚NAT。铸造区块1与区块2是两个独特的非同质铭记，分别记录了基础可替代的“satoshi” NAT的单独记账单位。
每一区块，都会有不同数量的Bits，用户所铭刻区块对应的Bits数量，就是代币的实际获取量。
举个例子，如果用户将NAT写入了区块817,824，那么就会获得386,161,170枚NAT代币。而如果用户拥有817,824.bitmap，那么同样也可以铭刻386,161,170枚BMT代币。
要想参与到NAT铸造过程中，用户可以有以下几个方法：
1.直接部署铭文，我们打开BTC生态的钱包或交易市场，比如Ordinals Wallet。搜索natmap，并完成相关的铭刻。
在Natmap中，会有三种颜色表达，橙色表示不可用/已列入；黑色表示可用；绿色代币已经完成铭刻但挂售。
其中每个黑色的方块都会包含一个数字，这个数字就是区块ID，每个ID背后会对应一定数量的代币。
2.对于现有项目如Bitmap，用户如果持有Bitmap，可以通过父子铭文机制（在本铭文下创建子铭文）来获得NAT铸造权限。
总的来说，NAT目前热度相较于Ordi、Bitmap等热门项目，还处于相当早期的阶段，但其内在逻辑相当具有先锋性。这意味着除了区块高度，任何基于数据的特征都将能用于创建资产，从当下看，对于进一步刺激Ordinals和BRC-20生态的活力有推动作用。
