Optimism's L2 Transaction Activity Sees Rapid Growth

According to Odaily, Optimism's Chief Growth Officer Ryan Wyatt announced on X that Layer 2 (L2) transaction activity across the Superchain is experiencing rapid growth. Wyatt predicts that by this time next year, the majority of L2 transactions will occur on the OP Stack chain, generating revenue for the Optimism Collective. He emphasized that the team still has significant work ahead. Wyatt shared data indicating that as of August 30, the Superchain's monthly L2 transactions reached 5 million, marking a 7.4% increase from the previous month. Additionally, the Optimism Collective has accumulated a total revenue of 14,800 ETH.
