Bitcoin Seen As Key Indicator Of Regulatory Changes, Says Tom Lee

According to Odaily, Tom Lee, the former Chief Equity Strategist at JPMorgan and current Chief Investment Officer at Fundstrat Capital, has expressed his views on the anticipated wave of regulatory reforms following Donald Trump's presidency. Lee emphasized that Bitcoin serves as the most evident indicator of future changes. He noted that Bitcoin has faced significant regulatory challenges in recent years, but with the White House now embracing digital assets, there is a shift in the regulatory landscape. Lee highlighted the appointments of the new U.S. SEC Chairman, FTC Chairman, and Commerce Secretary as favorable for businesses. He suggested that Bitcoin's performance could be a valuable alternative measure of these changes. Furthermore, Lee discussed a "reasonable target for BTC in 2025," predicting that Bitcoin will follow a similar halving cycle as observed in the past. He projected that the price of Bitcoin could reach approximately $250,000 by 2025.
