Before joining the SEC, Riggin served as a senior professional staff member for Tim Scott, the Chair of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs. Prior to that, she was the Deputy Legislative Director for U.S. Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana and the Staff Director for the Senate Banking Committee's Subcommittee on Economic Policy.
