Li Wei

Li Wei is the Founder and CEO of Qulian Technology. He holds a Doctor of Engineering degree from the School of Computer Science and Technology at Zhejiang University. He specializes in researching and developing, as well as commercializing the core technology of the alliance blockchain, and leads the application of the blockchain in the finance, government, and justice sectors. He has previously worked at the Microsoft Asia Research Institute and the State Street Bank Zhejiang Information Technology Center. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and a member of the Blockchain Professional Committee of the China Computer Federation.
