According to Odaily, YouTube investigator Stephen Findeisen, also known as Coffeezilla, has accused AI company Rabbit of orchestrating an NFT scam and attempting to cover it up. On May 21, Findeisen released a video revealing that Rabbit AI was formerly known as Cyber Manufacture Co., which had raised $6 million for the NFT project Gama.
Years later, Rabbit AI's founder and CEO, Jesse Lyu, claimed that his company would 'never get involved in cryptocurrency' and described Gama as a 'small hobby project' he pursued during the COVID-19 period. Findeisen presented a recording in which Lyu had described Gama's grand vision. In the recording, Lyu stated that they had invested millions of dollars to ensure Gama became an 'extraordinary experience'.
Findeisen also questioned the whereabouts of the $6 million raised for the Gama project, despite the company's claim that these funds were only used for the NFT project. Furthermore, Findeisen pointed out that Rabbit's R1 product was also subject to overhype, with some considering it an 'AI scam'.
