HSBC Strategist Predicts Rate Cuts In Final Meetings Of The Year

According to Odaily, HSBC's Chief Multi-Asset Strategist Max Kettner stated on Thursday that the last two meetings of the year are likely to see rate cuts of 25 basis points each, describing this as almost certain. However, following the release of the Consumer Price Index (CPI), Atlanta Federal Reserve President Raphael Bostic expressed confidence in maintaining the current interest rates next month. Bostic has already anticipated only one more rate cut this year.
