LayerZero Introduces OFT Standard As Native Solution For Arbitrum Orbit Chain

According to Odaily, LayerZero has announced on X that its Omnichain Fungible Token (OFT) standard is now the native solution for the Arbitrum Orbit chain. This development is a collaborative effort between Offchain Labs and LayerZero Labs. The new solution ensures full compatibility of OFT with the Arbitrum Orbit chain, including complete support for using OFT as a native gas token. The OFT gas token has already been launched on ApeCoin and Sanko GameCorp.
