ProShares Delays XRP ETFs Registration to April 2025

According to PANews, recent filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reveal that ProShares Trust has postponed the effective registration date for three of its XRP-related exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The ETFs in question are the ProShares UltraShort XRP ETF, ProShares Ultra XRP ETF, and ProShares Short XRP ETF. Initially set for an earlier date, the registration is now scheduled to take effect on April 30, 2025. This amendment solely adjusts the effective date and does not alter the content of the prospectus or any supplementary information.
