Circle Appoints Its Head of Financial Risk Management Craig Broderick to Board of Directors

Circle has appointed its head of financial risk management, Craig Broderick, to its board of directors. A former Chief Risk Officer at Goldman Sachs, Craig served on the Management Committee and co-chaired the firm-wide Risk Committee and other controls-related committees. During his 32-year career at Goldman Sachs, Broderick oversaw the firm's credit, markets, liquidity, operations, models, counterparty and insurance risks.
