According to Bloomberg News citing people familiar with the matter, Elon Musk (Elon Musk) promised in a video conference with financing banks on Monday that he will complete the acquisition of Twitter this Friday. The banks will provide a total of $13 billion in debt financing for Musk's acquisition of Twitter. The final credit agreement has been drafted and is now at the document signing stage. On the call, Musk also promised to help banks pitch bonds to fund managers after the deal closes. Musk is currently in the final stages of closing the deal before a court-issued Oct. 28 deadline. Twitter’s stock price rose in the short-term due to the news, up 2.45%. Musk has given his co-investors until Friday to fund the Twitter deal, the people said. In addition, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao said at a meeting in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday that he will continue to provide financial support for Musk's acquisition of Twitter.
