reAlpha Plans to Invest Up to 25% of Excess Cash in Crypto Assets

NASDAQ-listed reAlpha Tech Corp. (AIRE) has announced plans to diversify its treasury holdings by allocating up to 25% of its excess cash to cryptocurrency investments. Approved by the company’s board of directors, this new investment policy designates Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana as primary reserve assets.Under the policy, reAlpha will allocate surplus funds exceeding its estimated six-month operational expenses toward cryptocurrency purchases, with specific allocations adjusted based on market conditions and operational needs.reAlpha CEO Giri Devanur stated, “This initiative reflects our proactive approach to capital management and diversification.
