Chandler Guo

Guo Hongcai proposed the idea of ETHW on Twitter on July 27, 2022. He had previously founded the Bitangel Fund and Blockchain Whampoa Military Academy. Guo Hongcai graduated from high school and gave himself the English name "Chandler Guo," which means "happy when he gets money."
