Wancai Li is the Co-Founder at Waterdrip Capital. Wancai Li earned his Ph.D from Fudan University and has over a decade technical research and development experience in national scientific research institutions. He has published a serial academic paper on data encryption, network security and chip design in well-known journals. With deep technical background, he was the designer and core coder of a well-known miner, and has being widely involved in various sectors of blockchain industry including investment, project incubation and technical consulting.
