Gate.MT, a Malta-regulated company of Gate Group, announced today that it has completed VASP registration with the Italian virtual asset services regulator Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) through its Italian subsidiary. This move allows Gate.MT to provide virtual asset services to local clients through its Italian subsidiary in compliance with local regulations.
It is reported that Gate Group has also obtained digital currency-related licenses or completed VASP registrations in many countries and regions, including Gibraltar, the Bahamas, Australia, Malta, Italy, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Lithuania. Its global expansion strategy aims to better serve global customers and strengthen credibility in the blockchain and digital asset space.
