FX168财经报社(香港)讯 火必全球顾问、Tron创始人孙宇晨周四(3月23日)午间发布连续性推文，强调美国提出的民事起诉缺乏证据，并强调自己被美国证监会(SEC)刻意打压。而这一举措，实际上是体现出美国打压区块链名人的新案例。
孙宇晨被美国指控，涉嫌非法销售证券、诈欺和操控市场。
根据美国证监会公开的法律文件显示，该机构更进一步指控孙宇晨试图通过洗售交易，人为地增加TRX二手市场的交易量，他让自己的员工参与超过60万次TRX洗售交易。BitTorrent和Tron基金会控制帐户，最后由Rainberry员工为交易转移了资金。
“该计划需要大量TRX供应，孙宇晨提供这些供应，并将TRX出售到二级市场，通过非法、未注册的发售和销售代币获得3100万美元的收益，”文件写道。
波场的原生代币TRX因美国证券交易委员会的指控而快速下跌13%，尽管这一时段比特币等主要货币也在大跌，但TRX的跌幅明显大得多。
孙宇晨回应道：“美国证监会早些时候的民事起诉，只是它对区块链和加密领域知名参与者采取行动的最新例子。我们认为投诉缺乏根据，同时将继续建设最去中心化的金融体系。”

孙宇晨当时回应称，The Verge报道内容为不实指控及编造的故事，他买下知名的Poloniex交易所后，一直努力与监管机构合作，并投资于符合行业标准的最先进KYC设备。
