First of all, these are Tech company plans. We know what the outcome will be. Expect delays, delays, delays.
Secondly, these are conservatively estimated minimum quantities. Expect more unexpected TGEs during bull markets.

1, Q1:

Aevo: TGE (or RBN’s token exchange) is planned to take place in January, and 16% of Aevo will be used for incentives.
Thetanuts Finance: NUTS will appear on Coinlist soon. 2% will be distributed in the first wave of airdrops, which are scheduled to take place in the first quarter of 2024.
zkLink: ZKL will start sales through Coinlist. There's no word yet on incentives.
ZetaChain: ZetaChain is An L1 blockchain that will use its tokens to pay gas fees. Therefore, the ZETA TGE date is linked to the mainnet schedule, which is scheduled to go online in the first quarter of 2024.

Swell: You can currently earn "pearls" by minting swETH and providing liquidity for it, but you can convert these pearls into SWELL tokens in the future. There are currently plans to release the SWELL token “at the end” of the first quarter.
Mantle: Well, this is not a TGE, but a first season reward . Presumably, we will get some MNT instead of commodities.
2, Q1-Q2:
Starknet: Starknet has not confirmed when it will release STRK tokens, but all All evidence suggests it will be released soon. Take the KuCoin exchange clearing similar tokens as an example, presumably in preparation for the STRK transaction.
LayerZero Labs: LayerZero Labs said ZRO will be released in the first half of the year, you already know this.
Gravita Protocol: TGE is planned to be launched at the end of the first quarter or the beginning of the second quarter.
Timeswap: TIME is already in the pre-mining stage, and TGE plans to launch in the first half of the year.
KiloEx: KiloEx plans to conduct TGE in Q1-Q2.

Blast: Points can be redeemed in May, so TGE may be conducted during that period.
Fyde Treasury Protocol: FYDE is scheduled to be released in April-May.
Kroma: TGE will be conducted in June.
ether.fi: TGE is scheduled to start in April 2024.

azuro: AZUR TGE is scheduled to take place this year, but it is not known when. A lot of people are speculating that it could be the first quarter, but we can't confirm that.
Element NFT Market: You can accumulate ELE by holding their genesis NFTs. There is no specific release date for ELE, but it will definitely be this year.
Orbiter Finance: Orbiter Finance has confirmed their token issuance plans for this year. No further details were released.
Polyhedra: The Polyhedra network has revealed the airdrop standards, but has not yet announced a specific TGE date.
Mangrove: Mangrove is planning this year’s TGE and has even begun discussing how to conduct DAO governance.
Optimism: What will be carried out is not a TGE, but a further OP airdrop. Given that we already received some OP tokens last year, it’s safe to assume that we will receive at least one more airdrop in 2024.
Rabby wallet: Rabby Keeps telling us that certain snapshots have been taken. Unless it's a points snapshot.
Aztec: I feel This is the most exciting thing. Aztec V3 will be relaunched as a fully decentralized (i.e. AZTEC) network. Their roadmap is very ambitious, and if everything goes well, it is likely that the mainnet will be launched this year.
In the second half of 2024, after a series of disappointing airdrops, the high-profile hype has weakened and the competition for token distribution has eased. The returns from airdrops may be good now.
