版署新规引发游戏股大雪崩，利好GameFi

12月22日，国家新闻出版署公布的《网络游戏管理办法（草案征求意见稿）》引发了游戏行业的巨大波动。这些新规定不仅直接影响了游戏公司的股价，也对整个行业的运作模式带来了深远的影响。
消息发布后，港股腾讯控股、网易盘中纷纷跳水，腾讯控股收盘跌7.17%，网易盘中跳水超10%，收盘跌12.18%，心动公司、中手游、哔哩哔哩均下跌超5%。
首先，新规定中对游戏充值和消费模式的限制，特别是对于每日登录奖励、首次充值、连续充值的限制，直接冲击了游戏公司的主要收入来源。此外，对用户充值设置限额，尤其是可能对成年用户的限额，将进一步减少游戏公司的收益空间。对于依靠大额消费用户（俗称“土豪”）生存的游戏来说，这无疑是一个巨大的打击。
其次，对网络游戏内部测试的新规定，特别是测试用户数量的限制和删档要求，将使游戏开发的灵活性大大降低，增加游戏开发和运营的难度。
更重要的是，关于网络游戏虚拟物品交易的新规定，特别是要求网络交易商持牌，以及游戏币必须以数字人民币交易的规定，将对游戏的交易系统造成重大影响。这些规定不仅限制了玩家之间的交易，也可能影响游戏内的经济系统。
此外，针对随机抽取（抽卡）机制的新规，要求公开爆率并允许用游戏币直接购买，将改变游戏公司通过高价出售稀有物品获取利润的模式。这将迫使游戏公司寻找新的盈利方式。
在这样的背景下，GameFi（游戏化金融）作为一个新兴领域，可能会成为受益者。GameFi结合了区块链技术和游戏元素，其分散化和去中心化的特性使其在一定程度上免受传统游戏行业监管的影响。另外GameFi提供了一个更加自由和灵活的游戏经济系统，为玩家和开发者提供了新的机会。
新加坡Web3游戏资深从业者、《暗黑炽天使》市场负责人Cathy称，新规还需要再观察几天，同时她也呼吁更多的中国游戏出海，她也非常庆幸所在公司提前拥抱GameFi，在新赛道上暂时领先。
总的来说，这些新规定可能会促使游戏行业进行深刻的自我反思和调整。虽然短期内对传统游戏公司构成挑战，但长期来看，可能促使行业向更健康、更可持续的方向发展，同时为GameFi等新兴领域创造机会。
