他进一步强调，在未来的世界中，人工智能虽然能加速用户的创造，但也可能窃取用户的创意。在这一背景下，需要充分发挥Web 3.0的作用，使用户能够更加安心地创造，发挥自身的价值。
重新定义Web 3.0的发展方向
针对这些问题，熊榆教授提出了重新定义Web 3.0的发展方向。他强调，Web 3.0的核心应以用户为中心，构建一个用户赋权、隐私保护和安全的去中心化生态系统。真正的Web 3.0应赋予用户对自身数据、资产和数字身份的完全控制权，避免其沦为投机工具。通过共创经济模式，鼓励用户在生态系统中积极参与，推动可持续的创新和价值创造。
组件化开发机制与零服务器架构
在此基础上，萨里大学的研究团队提出了完善的框架，并推动了一种组件化的开发机制。开发者不需要编写过多代码，也不需要深入了解区块链知识，只需组合一些关键组件，就能开发出Web 3.0应用。新的协议可采用零服务器架构，突破了传统中心化技术的限制，确保用户拥有自主权和隐私保护。协议将人工智能部署到各个层级，能够随时与最新技术和功能保持同步。在协议平台上，人工智能技术得以整合，为其护航、监督发展、规范方向、完善功能，使各种技术相互融合，为用户提供更大的价值。

应用实例：Luffa即时通信软件
在该协议的平台框架下，用户无需具备编程基础，即可通过拼装组件完成应用的开发，真正实现了“拿来即用”。基于这一协议，已经开发出了多款组件化应用。例如，完全去中心化且不需要服务器的即时通信软件Luffa，已经在苹果商店上线，供用户免费下载和使用。
